Holmes of R.W. Holmes completes 4 leases for BJ's Wholesale Club
R.W. Holmes Realty has completed 4 leases for BJ's Wholesale Club in the Natick Business Park. BJ's renewed their leases for 4,000 s/f at 4 Strathmore Rd., 20,000 s/f at 5 Strathmore Rd., and 16,900 s/f at 27 Strathmore Rd. BJ's also leased 21 Strathmore Rd., 15,500 s/f for expansion space.
BJ's Wholesale Club is a leading operator of membership warehouse clubs in the eastern U.S.
Garry Holmes, SIOR of R.W. Holmes Realty represented BJ's Wholesale Club in the transactions. John Lashar and Paul Leone of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented MARIC, Inc., the owner of 21 Strathmore Road.

Hines of Horvath & Tremblay completes the sale of 200 multi-family units in Connecticut for $16.24 million
Norwich, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has facilitated the sale of 200 multi-family units totaling $16.24 million. Hines arranged the sale of an 83 unit multi-family portfolio in Cromwell, Middletown and Norwich, Conn. Horvath & Tremblay exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $9 million.
