Goldschmidt & Associates co-brokers 4,800 s/f lease
According to Pam Bren Goldschmidt, partner at Scarsdale-based Goldschmidt & Associates, the firm has co-brokered the leasing of 4,800 s/f at 125 Greenwich Ave. to Shreve, Crump & Low, of Boston, Mass.
They are currently located on Newbury St., Boston and opened their second store at The Mall of Chestnut Ridge in the Chestnut Hill section.
Goldschmidt and Carl Austin, of Austin Corp. Properties, represented the tenant. Tom Torelli, of Allied Properties, represented the landlord.
