Gonzales joins T3 Advisors as senior vice president and Stevenson hired as an associate

T3 Advisors has hired two new team members, G. Kent Gonzales and Dan Stevenson. Gonzales has joined T3's Advisory Services Group as a senior vice president. He brings over 25 years of diverse real estate experience to T3 and has worked in the public, non-profit and private sector. He has directly managed over $300 million of real estate development including high-end tenant improvements, R&D labs, industrial/distribution facilities, and corporate headquarters. He has worked for some of the Boston area's most prominent developer/owners including National Development and the Nordblom Company. Stevenson has joined T3 as an associate and will be focused on new business developments and provding clients a wide range of brokerage services. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Stevenson earned his BBA in Marketing. He was the Captain of the 2005 Notre Dame Football Team and recipient of the Notre Dame Total Package Award, given to student athletes that best exemplify Notre Dame's high standards in academics and athletics. He joins the T3 Advisors team after spending three years in the National Football League playing for the Houston Texans. Stevenson currently lives in the Norwood, MA with his wife, who works for the New England Patriots in External Affairs.
