Goodfellow Real Estate sells 91 Park Lane for $625,000
According to Todd Payne, SIOR president of Goodfellow Real Estate, 91 Park Lane was sold for $625,000 by Joyce Anglace to John Lee, of Lee Capital Advisors, LLC. Garett Palmer and Payne of Goodfellow were on both the procuring and selling side of the sale.
On the site, formerly home to Valley Dodge , Lee plans to redevelop a green facility that would include, among other features, an LEED Gold/Platinum rated design, 50-80% savings on HVAC & electric usage over conventional retail construction and PV solar/solar thermal space heating.
