Grady of KS Partners reps both tenants in 2 leases totaling 7,977 s/f

KS Partners, LLC has leased 7,977 s/f of office space at its 130 New Boston St. property. The new tenants, Metro Rockets and Shaser, Inc, have leased 3,750 s/f and 4,227 s/f respectively. For both transactions James Grady, vice president/director of leasing for KS Partners, represented the landlord, KS Partners. Matthew Daniels and Mike Zieja of Colliers Meredith & Grew represented Shaser, Inc. Metro Rockets was completed as a direct transaction with KS Partners. KS Partners acquired 130 New Boston Rd. in late December 2007 and has overseen improvements to the three-story, 55,913 s/f building including renovated lobbies and enhanced common areas. "Since purchasing the building, we have had significant interest from potential tenants at 130 New Boston St." said Kambiz Shahbazi, president of KS Partners. "Recent renovations combined with a strong leasing effort have contributed to the increased interest in the property and subsequent new leases."
