Ed Graf of Houlihan-Parnes Realty Advisors, LLC has arranged the refinancing of Riversedge Plaza, a 51,628 s/f shopping center located at 45 South Main St. The non-recourse $5,418,500 first mortgage is fixed for 5 years at 4% with a 30-year amortization schedule. The loan was done at par and has a 5-year extension option, plus a right to prepay throughout the term on a descending scale.
The center, anchored by a CVS Pharmacy, is located at the intersection of Rte. 4 and Rte. 177 in Hartford County in central Conn.
Melrose, MA Dennis Kelleher and John Pentore of Horvath & Tremblay have facilitated the sale of 47 units spread across two multi-family properties in totaling $13.7 million. Kelleher and Pentore facilitated the sale of 333 Main St. and 447 Pleasant St.
