Grappone and Fredette of KW Commercial handle sale of 14,805 s/f bldg.

NeighborWorks of Greater Manchester recently purchased 801 Elm St. The non-profit closed on the property July 25th and plans to occupy the 14,805 s/f two story building by the first of the year. David Grappone of KW Commercial represented NeighborWorks in the transaction and the seller Four-L-Realty was represented by Ron Fredette also of KW Commercial. NeighborWorks of Greater Manchester is a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing and community development services in the region with a focus on home ownership, affordable rental housing and neighborhood revitalization. NeighborWorks maintains a portfolio of 349 affordable units located in Southern New Hampshire. It also provides quality home ownership education services for residents, and has helped thousands of working individuals and families understand the home purchase and retention process and helped hundreds purchase their first home.
