Grappone and Fredette of KW Commercial handle sale of 14,805 s/f bldg.

NeighborWorks of Greater Manchester recently purchased 801 Elm St. The non-profit closed on the property July 25th and plans to occupy the 14,805 s/f two story building by the first of the year. David Grappone of KW Commercial represented NeighborWorks in the transaction and the seller Four-L-Realty was represented by Ron Fredette also of KW Commercial. NeighborWorks of Greater Manchester is a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing and community development services in the region with a focus on home ownership, affordable rental housing and neighborhood revitalization. NeighborWorks maintains a portfolio of 349 affordable units located in Southern New Hampshire.
