Greater Boston Commercial Properties arranges sale of 27,250 s/f property for $4.5m

Londonderry, NH James Keefe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller, Stahoo Properties, in the sale of 54 Wentworth Ave. for $4.5 million.
