Greater Boston Commercial Properties closes two sales totaling $5.025 million
Shrewsbury, MA Tyler DeWolfe and Nishan Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. closed two sales totaling $5.025 million. DeWolfe and Papazian represented the seller, Tucker Farm, LLC, in the sale of 2.09 acres located at 709-715 Hartford Tpke. DeWolfe and Papazian also represented the seller, 697 Hartford Turnpike, LLC in the sale of the adjacent property, 697 Hartford Tpke. The 36,000 s/f multi-tenant flex building sold for $4.3 million. The buyer in this transaction was represented by Andy Murray of A. Murray Real Estate, LLC.
