Greater Boston Commercial Properties completes $1.55 million sale
Hudson, MA Bret O’Brien and Tyler DeWolfe of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP)completed the sale of 71 Parmenter Rd., for $1.55 million. The 7,500 s/f flex building sits on 22.1 acres and was purchased by Terra Management, LLC. GBCP represented the seller, Vertical Bridge AM, LLC.
