Greater Boston Commercial Properties hires two new brokers

Greater Boston Commercial Properties (GBCP) recently hired two new brokers to expand its presence in the Metrowest area. Benjamin Gatti grew up in the Boston area. He attended Providence College where he obtained a bachelor of arts degree in Political Science, Theology and Public Administration. He began his real estate career in 2010 at Greater Metropolitan Real Estate in Boston and joined GBCP a year later. Gatti lives in Carlisle and his focus is office and industrial sales and leasing from Marlborough up to the Rte. 2 market. August Brewer is a 2011 graduate of Clark University in Worcester. While at Clark he majored in U.S. History and minored in Entrepreneurship. During his four years at Clark, Brewer worked in the Athletic Department as a statistician and assistant to the sports information director. Brewer was born and raised in Newton, and graduated from The Rivers School in Weston in 2007. Brewer's focus is office and industrial sales and leasing in the Rte. 9 corridor between Natick and Shrewsbury. Adriana Abbruzzese handles the marketing operations for GBCP. She creates all promotional materials for publications, manages mailings and focuses on maximizing the company's internet advertising through all available networks and listing services. Adriana brings ten years of corporate experience, with a strong focus in graphic design. Bret O'Brien, who has been actively brokering office and industrial leasing and sales throughout the Rte. 495 West market for the last decade, founded GBCP in March of this year. Since March Bret O'Brien has completed 19 transactions totaling 244,480 s/f of which 94,265 s/f were leases and 150,215 s/f were sales totaling $8.706 million.
