Greater Boston Commercial Properties sells 5,663 s/f retail - $2.65 million
Fairfield, CT Bret O’Brien and Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller of 2171 Black Rock Tpke.
The 5,663 s/f retail property sold for $2.65 million, which is a cap rate of 7%.
The retail plaza includes three tenants; Starbucks Coffee, Elements Massage and Cardio Kick.
