Green growth - Lawn Doctor launches service in Boston area

Lawn Doctor has expanded to the greater Boston municipalities of Boston, Brookline, Chestnut Hill, Needham, Newton, Wellesley and Weston. Previously the service was limited to the South Shore and Upper Cape Cod. Tom Norton, Hingham resident and second generation to manage the Lawn Doctor business, said, "We recently purchased the greater Boston area marketing region and have added vehicles and crews to bring lush lawns to this expanded area. Now we are able to economically and ecologically service the greater Boston footprint." Norton is a BC High graduate and also received a degree in Environmental Studies from Colgate University. Lawn Doctor of greater Boston and the South Shore consists of 25 full time employees and 17 vehicles. Main offices are located in Hanover and they plan on opening a service facility along Rte. 9 this year. For more than 40 years, Lawn Doctor has been committed to offering environmentally friendly products and services that promote healthy, green lawns. In fact, the grass in your lawn provides so many benefits to the environment. A healthy lawn creates oxygen, removes dust and dirt, filters water passing through its roots leaving pollutants behind and many more benefits. Lawn Doctor is focused on working in harmony with the science of nature. In other words, every service is designed to boost natural growth. Lawn Doctor goes beyond simple green product use. The company's proprietary technology allows its lawn professionals to precisely measure and apply the optimum blend of nutrients and weed control. That means doing the right thing for your lawn and the environment. For more information about Lawn Doctor, visit www.LawnDoctor.com or call 800-831-1319.
