Green Leaf Construction wins Design Build Institute of America silver award

Amherst, NH Green Leaf Construction was honored by the New England Chapter of the Design Build Institute of America (DBIA) with a Silver Award, recognizing the recently completed central distribution facility for F.W. Webb Company. Hailed as one of the largest buildings in New Hampshire, the facility encompasses nearly 1 million s/f of warehouse and Class A office spaces. 

Green Leaf led the project design build team, which included Ci Design, inc., Hayner/Swanson Engineering, Geotechnical Services, Inc. (GSI), AVID Engineers, Summit Engineering, CANAM and Fabcon. “Each and every team member had a part in driving value for F.W. Webb on this project, and making it the success it was,” said Green Leaf COO Thomas Dube upon accepting the award.

The DBIA promotes the value of design-build project delivery and teaches the effective integration of design and construction services to ensure success for owners and design and construction practitioners.
