Providence, RI Compass has completed the sale of two East Side properties. Kira Greene represented the buyers of 76 Freeman Pkwy. and the sellers of 181 Arlington Ave. The properties sold for $2.275 million and $1.695 million, respectively.
76 Freeman Pkwy. is a five bedroom, three and a half bathroom Colonial spanning across 4,000 s/f of living space, in the Freeman Plat historic district. 181 Arlington Ave. offers five bedrooms and four and a half baths across 3,631 s/f and is located near Moses Brown. Both homes were built in the early to mid 1900s and are appealing, in part, due to their proximity to parks, schools, shopping, dining and all the amenities the East Side has to offer.
“I’m grateful to be a part of two more recent East Side moves,” said Greene. “Welcoming buyers relocating from Boston to 76 Freeman Pkwy. and assisting the sellers of 181 Arlington with their move out of state has been an honor.”
