• Wexford Capital, which completed a long-term 3,590 s/f renewal on the first floor.
• Deccan Capital, which signed a long-term 2,181 s/f lease on the third floor, relocating to 777 West Putnam Ave.
Originally constructed in 1976, 777 West Putnam Ave. is a 134,000 s/f Class A office property that formerly served as the headquarters of Nestlé Waters North America. Ownership recently completed a comprehensive repositioning that introduced a new lobby and reception area, upgraded security and tenant management systems, enhanced common areas, a café offering and an outdoor patio.
