Greenfield promoted to senior VP and director of dev. at KS Partners
Woburn, MA Todd Greenfield has been promoted to senior vice president and director of development at KS Partners.
Greenfield will continue to oversee all capital projects throughout the company which owns and manages five million s/f of commercial properties throughout New England.
Greenfield’s focus will be on the company’s life science projects that include proposed ground-up developments of R&D labs, along with numerous office-to-lab conversion projects, in addition to a number of proposed cGMP developments.
