Greenstein of CBRE | The Boulos Company completes $8 million sale

Buckstar, LLC has sold The Boyd Block and Four Canal Plaza, according to Dan Greenstein, broker, partner of CBRE | The Boulos Company, who represented the purchaser. The property consists of three adjacent buildings and includes over 68,000 s/f of office and retail tenants. Located at the corner of Exchange and Middle Sts. in the city's Old Port, the property is considered to be the epicenter of the city's commercial district. Retail tenants at the property include national chain stores such as Starbucks, Urban Outfitters and Stonewall Kitchen. The sale price was $8 million and the property was purchased by Middle Street Holdings, LLC, a New York investment entity, as part of a 1031 tax-deferred exchange.
