Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. hosts summer outings to celebrate employees

 

 

Holliston, MA Wayne J. Griffin Electric, Inc. (Griffin Electric) held a series of summer outings for its employees across each of its regional office locations. With both field and office employees in attendance, alongside family and other loved ones, each region was able to come together and enjoy a fun and relaxing day. The company understands how fortunate it is to have built a strong team of dedicated and hard-working employees, and was pleased to be able to demonstrate its appreciation by hosting these events throughout the summer. 

 

 

Outings for all four of its Southeast regions in Alabama, Georgia, and North Carolina took place in June, while Griffin Electric held its outing for New England employees in July. Each event featured a catered luncheon, a variety of games and other fun activities geared toward all ages, and concluded with a drawing of raffle prizes for Griffin Electric team members. Prizes consisted of a number of different gift cards, a merit cash bonus, and an additional week of paid vacation time, as well as a travel package, a Weber grill, and more. The company was also pleased to provide several small gifts for each employee, as well as for all children who were present at each outing. 

 

 

Company president Wayne Griffin made remarks at each event, highlighting the impact that each team member has made to help the company be so successful, and thanking them for all that they do. The thousands of projects that Griffin Electric has been able to complete over the years are a direct testament to its people and their efforts to always get the job done right. 

Griffin Electric is incredibly proud to employ a team that demonstrates what it means to “Work with the Best. Be the Best” and will always strive to support each employee in their various endeavors. The company’s merit shop philosophy was built on the foundation that team members can create their own future, and employees are encouraged to pursue all their goals, whether personal, career-oriented, or education related.
