Griffin Land completes 29,000 s/f lease extension at 7 Waterside Crossing

According to Griffin Land, Raytel Cardiac Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Philips, has renewed its lease at 7 Waterside Crossing. The lease extension is for the entire third floor of the building. Raytel has been a tenant in the building since 1993. "We are pleased that Raytel has chosen to remain as part of our growing tenant community," said Tim Lescalleet, senior vice president of Griffin Land, the building's owner. "Raytel has been a long term tenant with Griffin, and we look forward to many years more." 7 Waterside Crossing is an 80,500 s/f first-class office building located within Griffin Center, a 600-acre master business park that was planned and developed by Griffin Land. The park is accessed from exits 37 & 38 off I-91; just south of Bradley International Airport. This year, Griffin Land has welcomed Great American Insurance to its portfolio of tenants within Griffin Center.
