Griffin Land leases 24,000 s/f at 75 International Drive in Windsor

According to Griffin Land, J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. has signed a lease for 24,000 s/f at 75 International Dr. Construction of tenant improvements are complete, and the tenant has taken occupancy. Chris Metcalfe and Jeffrey Sperry of CB Richard Ellis' Hartford and Albany offices represented J.B. Hunt and Griffin Land represented itself in the lease transaction. 75 International Dr. is a 117,000 s/f first-class industrial building. Its steel frame and masonry construction, 26 foot clear height, building systems, and truck and employee parking make it an attractive building to modern industrial users. Of particular interest to transportation logistics services companies is its excellent highway access to I-91 via State Rte. 20 and The Bradley Connector, and with only a short drive to connect with I-90 & I-84. "We are pleased to add another internationally recognized logistics company to New England Tradeport," said Tim Lescalleet, senior vice president of Griffin Land. "This industry sector recognizes the strategic advantages that our business park offers." The park is also home to other logistics operators including, FedEx, UPS, Matheson Flight Extenders, and A.
