According to Casimir Groblewski, managing director of Fantini & Gorga, who arranged the financing with the assistance of Jason Cunnane, senior analyst, "The subject properties are prominently located in key spots on Cape Cod, thus benefitting from the high traffic counts on, and great visibility from, Rte. 28. We were pleased to be able to again represent our clients, which have owned these first class assets for many years, and to meet the structuring and terms that they sought."
The Wendy's Restaurants are located at 554 Iyanough Rd. (State Rte. 132), near the Cape Cod Mall and at the Rte. 28 Airport Rotary in Hyannis, and at 15 Canal Rd. at the Orleans Rte. 28 Rotary. The two Wendy's Restaurants, both top performers in the region, have occupied these locations for more than thirty years. The restaurant in Hyannis was recently replaced with the latest Wendy's prototype building under the corporate Image Activation program, with an immediate positive impact on sales.
Groblewski placed the loan with a major regional financial institution on behalf of his clients, Botsini-Prime, LLC and Fashion Food, LLC.
