Grogan of GVA brokers Kitchen by Deane's $2.375 million purchase

According to GVA Williams of Conn., Kitchens by Deane has purchased 189 Elm St. for $2.375 million. The premier custom kitchen cabinetry company will move its current location at 89 Elm and occupy the 2,460 s/f on the ground floor of 189. According to Ted Grogan, vice president of the Investment Sales team of GVA Williams, "The company has been looking to buy a property for the last 20 years. The perfect opportunity arose!" GVA also found a tenant to occupy the second floor of 189 prior to closing - Azzarito Management, a private equity firm. "We handled the leasing and coordinated the contracts for Kitchens by Deane," said Grogan. Grogan was the sole broker.
