The Hair Cuttery of Greater Boston has renewed its lease for 2,300 s/f at Foodmaster Plaza at 469 - 471 Salem St. (Rte. 60) on The Fellsway (Rte. 28). The renewal maintains the plaza's 100% occupancy.
Because of the area's excellent demographics, the 81,000 s/f shopping plaza has been at 100% occupancy for several years, according to the property's exclusive broker, Frank O'Neill of The Grossman Companies, Inc. of Quincy.
Besides anchor tenant Johnny's Foodmaster Supermarket, other tenants include Family Dollar, Rite Aid, Mike's Gym, Great Cuts, Alexander Liquors and a Fleet Bank ATM. A quarter million people live within 3 miles of the property.
Part of a national chain, the Hair Cuttery offers a full complement of services including haircuts, color, facial waxing and texturizing, plau a wide selection of professional products.
