Centro Props. executes 1,350 s/f lease with at Watertower Plaza
According to Centro Properties Group, a 1,350 s/f lease has been executed with Sally Beauty at Watertower Plaza, located just south of Highway 2, on the southeast corner of North Main St. (Highway 12) and Hamilton St. Joel Reichman of Lerner Real Estate Group, Andover, represented Sally Beauty. Centro Properties Group is the owner of Watertower Plaza and was represented by Mark Potter with Centro Properties Group.
Centro Properties Group is one of the largest owners of community and neighborhood shopping centers in the U.S. Its portfolio of more than 620 properties is strategically located across 39 states and aggregates approximately 101 million s/f of gross leasable area.
