Grossman Development Group’s Lakeway Commons 100% leased

Shrewsbury, MA Grossman Development Group (GDG) has named the final business openings in Lakeway Commons.

“After years of hard work, tremendous local support and leasing input, it’s very rewarding to see Lakeway Commons at capacity, each tenant offering a unique, high-quality service to the community,” said GDG president and managing principal Howard Grossman.

The additions will join the recently redeveloped plaza at the former Spag’s site, anchored by Whole Foods.

Club Pilates, headquartered in Irvine, CA, will open this summer.

In a new food concept, local Shrewsbury resident Michael Tomaiolo has opened Atlantic Poké, a “sushi-in-a-bowl” restaurant.

SkinMD Laser & Cosmetic Group, physician-owned and operated by Dr. Paul Flashner, will also be relocating their Worcester office on Shrewsbury St. The med spa is planning to open by September 1st.

With these three openings, Lakeway Commons is now at leased capacity.
