Epping, NH CBRE | Portsmouth completed the sale of a 0.78 acre retail pad site at 99A Calef Highway. MPH Holdings, LLC purchased the property for $470,000.

This parcel was the last remaining pad site at this location. The new owner, MPH Holdings, LLC, has plans to develop this site as a ClearChoiceMD Urgent Care facility.
