Framingham, MA The multifamily team at Grove Property Group, consisting of Ryan Quinn, John Federico, and Harry Verenis, successfully brokered the sale of 10-28 Centennial Place, a 26,400 s/f, 22-unit multifamily property, for $6.575 million. The property was owned by a Waltham-based LLC. The buyer was represented by Ron Ifrah from Longwood Residential.
This property, featuring ample parking and a solid rent roll, represents an investment opportunity in a growing community.
