According to Grubb & Ellis Company, a leading real estate services and investment firm, Lionbridge Technologies has renewed their headquarters lease of 27,478 s/f of office space at Bay Colony Corporate Center.
Jack Kerrigan, executive vice president, and Steve Cook, senior vice president, both of Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant, Lionbridge Technologies, one of the leading provider of translation and localization services for global companies. The landlord, Broadway Partners, was represented by Duncan Gratton, Rick Fahey, and Kim Roop, all of DTZ FHO Partners.
