Grubb & Ellis brokers 27,478 s/f lease renewal at Bay Colony Center

According to Grubb & Ellis Company, a leading real estate services and investment firm, Lionbridge Technologies has renewed their headquarters lease of 27,478 s/f of office space at Bay Colony Corporate Center. Jack Kerrigan, executive vice president, and Steve Cook, senior vice president, both of Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant, Lionbridge Technologies, one of the leading provider of translation and localization services for global companies. The landlord, Broadway Partners, was represented by Duncan Gratton, Rick Fahey, and Kim Roop, all of DTZ FHO Partners. "Lionbridge has had great success in this location for many years," said Kerrigan, "Grubb & Ellis is extremely pleased to be able to help Lionbridge renew their headquarters lease at Bay Colony Corporate Center, known as one of the premier suburban Boston office parks. It is the ideal location for them to continue their growth within the industry." The Bay Colony Corporate Center is a 58 acre office park on Rte. 128, 10 miles from downtown Boston.
