Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream leases 26,884 s/f at Ananda Prof'l. Bldg.

Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. procured four new tenants that have leased a combined 26,884 s/f of Class A office space in the Ananda Professional Building at 25 Pelham Rd. Southern New Hampshire University will be leasing the entire third floor, consisting of 16,314 s/f, for its new satellite location. Also, Contour Design, Inc., a designer and developer of alternative computer input devices, will occupy 2,992 s/f at Ananda. Imagine Medical Group, PLLC, which specializes in hair transplants and facial rejuvenation, will be leasing 2,374 s/f. And Endwave Corp., a manufacturer of transmission signals, will be relocating from Mass. to 5,204 s/f. Hugo Overdeput, CCIM and Bob Morgan of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream's Bedford office represented the landlord, Arun Real Estate Leasing, LLC, and assisted the tenants in these multi-year leases. These leases bring the building to 60% occupancy.
