Grubb & Ellis Company, one of the leading providers of integrated real estate services, has represented Nova Biomedical in its lease renewal of 51,102 s/f at 205 Burlington Rd. Nova Biomedical is one of the world's leading developers of fast whole blood analyzers that serve to support the care of critically ill patients.  Jack Kerrigan, executive vice president of Grubb & Ellis, represented the tenant. The building's owner was represented by Tom Aiken of NAI Hunneman Commercial. "Nova Biomedical continues to enjoy rapid growth in their core businesses. The Burlington location has proven to be an excellent secondary facility." said Kerrigan.
