Grubb & Ellis represents Latti Farm in $7m sale to First America

Grubb & Ellis Co. has represented Latti Farm Realty, LLC in the sale of 12 Latti Farm Rd. to First American Realty, Inc. The property sold for $7 million. Grubb & Ellis' Bradford Spencer, senior VP and Anthony Biette, VP, Investment Services Group represented Latti Farm Realty, LLC. The property, a 101,500 s/f office, warehouse and manufacturing facility, is on 8.4 acres in Millbury Industrial Park.  It is leased on a long-term basis to Cameron International.  "12 Latti Farm Rd. offers the buyer a long-term stabilized asset with a growing credit tenant that is committed to both the building and the Worcester area," said Spencer.  "Despite the current challenges in the capital markets, the investor interest in this property was quite high."
