Guilmette joins GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners as managing director, property manager

According to GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners, Larry Guilmette, RPA has joined the firm as managing director, property management. He will oversee the development and delivery of professional commercial real estate services to a variety of properties and entities. He brings 33 years of property and facilities management experience including office, institutional, retail and industrial property portfolios. He has managed properties for funds, financial institutions and private investors. Prior to joining GVA, Guilmette was the chief operating officer for Samuels & Associates where he was responsible for corporate administration, overseeing operations for properties and administration of all risk management and property environmental matters. He was also the liaison with the firm's third-party clients. Most recently he oversaw the commissioning and start-up operations for two new urban mixed use properties in Boston: Fenway Triangle Trilogy and 1330 Boylston Street.
