Gulman of DiCicco, Gulman & Company awarded Boston Estate Planning Council Excellence Award

Woburn, MA According to DiCicco, Gulman & Company, co-founder and partner Richard Gulman, CPA, MST, AEP has been selected as the recipient of the 2017 Boston Estate Planning Council Excellence Award. This award recognizes Gulman’s significant contributions to the estate planning profession. The Boston Estate Planning Council (BEPC) is a multi-disciplinary community of 700 estate and wealth planning professionals. Gulman will be honored at BEPCs Annual Gala on May 24, at the Boston Park Plaza.

“I am honored to receive this award, and to be considered among the accomplished previous award recipients. This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes from my peers,” said Gulman.

With almost 40 years of experience, Gulman provides tax planning, consulting and tax compliance services for high net worth individuals and closely-held, entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses. His areas of specialization include advising on tax matters affecting high net worth individuals and businesses in the technology, software development, professional services, and real estate industries.

Gulman consults extensively in connection with the tax planning/structuring of mergers and acquisitions. He also advises on other transactions affecting entities and their owners, including estate/gift tax planning associated with such transactions.

The gala will be hosted by Boston television personality Anthony Everett. Both BEPC members and non-members may register to attend.

Gulamn is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a bachelor of science in Business Administration and a master of science in Taxation with high distinction from Bentley University.
