Guralnick and Galvin of H. Pearce Commercial lease 2,000 s/f office space to Second Wind Media

According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Rich Guralnick, CCIM and Joel Galvin, GRI have completed a new office lease at 20 Grand Ave. (King's Block Building). Second Wind Media/Business New Haven will be occupying the entire first floor (2,000 s/f) of the historic building fronting the Quinnipiac River. Both the owner of the property, Carol Cheney of Cheney & Company - a creative marketing and communication firm which occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors - and Mitchell Young, publisher of Second Wind Media, were very pleased with the prospects of possible synergies between their companies.
