The property was the former headquarters for GravyMaster, Inc. before the sale of the business to Richardson Brands Company of Canajoharie, N.Y. Kevin Geenty, SIOR and William Clark of The Geenty Group Realtors represented the buyer, 16 Business Park, LLC.
