Guralnick of H. Pearce leases 4,200 s/f at 2 Sybil Ave.

According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate senior broker Richard Guralnick, CCIM has negotiated a lease transaction at 2 Sybil Ave. in the Indian Neck shoreline section of Branford between property owners Hal & Nancy Beckley and Mangos Bar & Grille owners Nicholas & Gina Colavolpe, Lenny Caponera and Michael DePonte. The long term lease for 4,200 s/f at the former Indian Neck Market Place will be the new home to Mangos second restaurant and follows on the heels of their award winning venture on the Branford Green. The new restaurant will be called The Blue Cottage and will have a beach/shoreline ambiance and an extensive menu featuring fresh seafood. A grand opening is planned for this fall.
