Guralnick of Pearce Commercial leases 4,124 s/f
According to Barbara Pearce, president of Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Rich Guralnick, CCIM in the North Haven office, has completed a long-term lease at 1291 Boston Post Rd.
The tenant, Yale New Haven Hospital (YNHH), will occupy 4,124 s/f and have an expanded Urological Center operating from this facility.
YNHH expects the facility to be open in early 2014. Guralnick represented the property owners, 1291 Boston Post Road, LLC, and Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant.
