Guralnick of Pearce Commercial Real Estate sells 20,000 s/f

According to Barbara Pearce, president of Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Rich Guralnick, CCIM has completed a sale transaction of a 20,000 s/f professional office building at 388 Main St. The owners, Davie Enterprises, LLC of Connecticut and Florida, had owned the property since 1999 and, as lead partner Charlie Marotto said, "...with the U.S. economy beginning to show signs of rebounding the time is right for us to sell this well located office complex." The new owners, 388 East Main, LLC, facing a growing need for additional space for their medical billing and accounting business agreed that the timing was right for them as well to purchase their own facility. The new owners took possession of the property on August 30. Guralnick, was the sole broker in the transaction.
