Guralnick of Pearce Real Estate named third quarter 2013 top producing agent

According to Barbara Pearce, president of Pearce Real Estate, Rich Guralnick, CCIM was named the top producing agent of the companies North Haven commercial office for the third quarter of 2013. Guralnick has provided tenant and landlord/owner representation services and participated in transactions with many of the region's most well-known companies including Yale New Haven Hospital, Guardian Life Insurance, Hightower Advisors, LQ Mechatronix AG, Evotec U.S., Inc., Middlesex Hospital, Chabaso Bakery, Benjamin Moore, Leon's Restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Trailblazers, Inc. Guralnick is active in the Connecticut chapter of CCIM, and served as chapter president, as well as the CCIM Institute's regional vice president for the New England/New York region. In addition, Guralnick also has finished a five-year tenure as one of the co-chairs for the Connecticut/Westchester Chapter of CoreNet Global - a leading national association for corporate real estate executives. Pearce Real Estate is a full-service real estate company with more than 100 agents and eight branch offices in greater New Haven and the Shoreline.
