GVA Thompson Hennessey leases 10,100 s/f at The Schrafft Center

John Hennessey and Steve Lombardi of GVA Thompson Hennessey & Partners represented NetVersant Solutions, in its recent 10,100 s/f lease at The Schrafft Center. The landlord, the Flatley Company, was self-represented. The Schrafft Center (529 Main St) will enable NetVersant to house its corporate offices, product testing facilities and warehouse in one location. The Schrafft Center—the former Schrafft Candy Factory—proved to be a great value for NetVersant with its on-site parking and proximity to downtown Boston.
