John Hennessey and Stephen Lombardi of GVA Williams represented Coverity, Inc., a software engineering company, in its recent expansion at 230 Congress St. The landlord, Brickman Associates, was represented by Christopher Cuddy of CB Richard Ellis.
Coverity, Inc. is expanding from its original 2,300 s/f on the fifth floor to 6,343 s/f on the third floor. After weighing its options in the marketplace, Coverity chose to stay and expand within the building which provided an excellent location and value with close proximity to public transportation.
