GVA Williams leases 10,000 s/f for Demiurge Studios at 130 Prospect St.

Ryan Weber, vice president of GVA Williams, represented Demiurge Studios, an independent video game development company, in their recent 10,000 s/f lease at 130 Prospect St. The landlord, Bruner/Cott and Associates, Inc., was represented by Tom Johnson of Hammond Real Estate. The building at 130 Prospect Street was a desirable option for Demiurge due to its proximity to their current location on Massachusetts Avenue and its ability to accommodate their expansion needs. The brick and beam space was a former gymnasium for St. Mary's Church in the 1930s and was converted to first-class modern offices by Bruner/Cott, who is providing a turn key build out for Demiurge Studios.
