GVA Williams leases 20,104 s/f in Boston to R.F.Walsh Project Management Inc.
John Hennessey and Stephen Lombardi of GVA Williams represented R.F.Walsh Project Management Inc. in its recent 20,104 s/f lease at 51 Sleeper St. The landlord, Brickman, was represented by James Brady, David Martel and Rebecca Galeota of Cushman & Wakefield.
R.F. Walsh is scheduled to relocate in October from its previous space at 280 Summer St. After weighing its options in the marketplace, R. F. Walsh chose the space at 51 Sleeper St., adjacent to the Fort Point Channel, providing them an excellent location and value with water views and other similar tenants in the building. Another significant tenant at 51 Sleeper St. is the non-profit organization, United Way of Boston.
