Bradley & Co., Inc. recently negotiated two office leases totaling 40,000 s/f at Landmark One, 1 Van de Graaff Dr. The transactions included an expansion and lease term extension for 30,000 s/f with Adheris, Inc.which has been a tenant at Landmark One since 2004, and a new lease with Nexaweb Technologies, Inc. for 10,000 s/f. Designed by Add, Inc of Cambridge, Landmark One's architectural features include an 85-ft. atrium and a lobby finished in granite and mahogany. Located directly off Rte. 128 at Exit 33, the building offers tenants access to Rtes. 95/128 and Rte. 3, as well as proximity to the Burlington Mall, Wayside Commons and other local retail amenities in the Burlington market.Â
