GVA Williams renews lease for Vela Systems
Douglas Adamian and Stephen Lombardi of GVA Williams represented Vela Systems in their recent 7,346 s/f lease at 75 Third Ave. The landlord, Nordblom Properties, was self-represented by Douglas Wynyard. "Vela Systems is a fast growing company with a unique product for the AEC industry and a very strong management team," said Adamian.
