Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Covidien, Ltd. has entered into a long term lease for 156,000 s/f of office space at one of New Haven's premier office addresses, Long Wharf Maritime Center. Covidien will have expansive views of both Long Island Sound and downtown New Haven. The H.
