H. Pearce Comm'l. R.E. brokers two transactions
According to H. Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS and Phil Barber have sold a 10 unit residential condominium complex near Yale. Galvin and Barber represented the seller of Edgewood Commons located on Howe and Edgewood Sts. Sale price was $1.825 million. Robert McAdams of Real Living Now Realty Company represented the buyer.
In another transaction, Galvin, representing the landlord, TPM Realty, leased 2,080 s/f of professional office in the newly constructed 2346 Boston Post Rd. in Guilford, to Precision Health Studios, personal training advocates.
The tenant was represented by Sheila DeChello of ReMax Right Choice Realty.
