H. Pearce Commercial and Just Restaurants sell former Frankie's - $650,000
359 Boston Post Rd, formerly known as Frankie's Restaurant, is under new ownership and is targeted to reopen as Upper Deck Sports Bar & Grill by April 1st. Craig Fuchs of H. Pearce Commercial represented the owner, Eastern Savings Bank (of Maryland), and John Russo of Just Restaurants LLC represented the buyer, Grumps Productions LLC, an experienced restaurant developer and operator. The 5,300 s/f building, with well-known 1,700 s/f roof-top deck for seasonal outdoor dining, on two parcels comprising 4.27 acres, sold for $650,000. Grumps plans major renovations and all new kitchen.
