H. Pearce Real Estate completes relocation for Trauma Treatment Associates

According to Barbara Pearce, president of H. Pearce Real Estate Company, Donald deGraffenried, LCSW, of TraumaTreatment Associates, has leased two 3rd floor offices at 442 Orange St. The office building, formerly the John C. Anderson House mansion (1882), is elevatored and conveniently located off Exit 3 of I-91. The landlord, New Lots Avenue, LLC, was represented by Noah Meyer, of Levey Miller Maretz, in this transaction, while the tenant, Trauma Treatment Associates, was represented by Angie Hulford, of Pearce Commercial.
